Simply post ad, search resumes and view results. If you would like to contact candidates, we offer three options:(Note - if you already purchased unlimited resume access, these do not apply.)
Option 1. Pay Per Candidate - Contact individual candidates and pay for only those who accept your initial solicitation. Find candidates you are interested in and send your personalized solicitation via our site. If the candidate expresses interest and accepts your initial solicitation, we connect you for as little as $25.00 per candidate. If the candidate is not interested or does not respond, you pay nothing!
