Permanent Placement Program:
EMAC will pay up to 5% of the total fee (average fee $16K) for each successful permanent position. We are owned and operated by people with formal education and experience in
Human Resources and Executive Search, who also happen to be experts in staffing. As a result, we know how to recruit exceptional talent, and recruit for the most desirable employers nationwide.

All you have to do is provide us with your friend's details (Name, position title, email address and contact number) and we will do the hard work to get you your reward. There is no limit to the amount of people you can recommend. However, please remember your referral must have mortgage experience and/or qualifications. The better the quality of your referral, the higher the chances are of you being rewarded.

Candidate/Client Referral Program
Our Referal Programs, you DO NOT have to be an EMAC Associate in order to participate. And there's no limit to how much money you can earn! If you know of a company that could benefit from the services of the premier Staffing Services firm - send them our way! If we place a candidate in a full-time career position at a company you refer to us, we will pay you 5% of the placement fee. If we place a candidate in a temporary position and they complete 2 full work weeks (80 hours), we will pay you $300.
Referral Program Terms
The referral bonus will be awarded under the following terms: the referral must include the name of the individual who is responsible for hiring and must be a new contact for EMAC. In the event that we make a full-time career placement that generates a placement fee, we will pay you 5% of the gross amount after our candidate has completed 90 days of employment. The 5% referral bonus will be awarded under the following terms: the referral must include the name of the individual who is responsible for hiring and must be a new contact for EMAC. We will pay you $300 after our candidate has completed 320 hours (approximately 40 working days) of employment.
